Hello, the tooltips are already implemented. You just need to wait 3-4 seconds to appear. This long dealy was probably a wrong idea. The idea behind was that normally users need the tooltips only the first day or two and later on such tooltips can be annoying. Seeing that many people did not discover tooltip we need to re-consider our older decision...
